About us
Founded by Niccolò Mannini in 2018, Galleria d’arte La Fonderia was born from the desire to create a space for research and dialogue between 20th-century artistic tradition and contemporary painting.
The gallery’s activity unfolds through a careful selection of modern and contemporary artworks, with a particular focus on painting understood as an expressive necessity, a place for investigating matter, light, and the possibilities of visual language.
Alongside the exhibition of works by established artists, the gallery carries out constant research, representing emerging and mid-career artists who share an authentic and rigorous approach to artistic practice. Exhibitions, projects and interdisciplinary dialogues thus become opportunities to connect different experiences, generations, and sensibilities.
The gallery presents itself as a space open to discovery, reflection, and conscious collecting, promoting a direct relationship between the works, the artists, and the public.

Evaluations
We offer evaluation services based on the analysis of auction results and the performance of works in the modern and contemporary market. Subject, year, size, and technique also contribute to providing an indication of a work’s value, with reference to originality and authenticity, state of preservation, and the presence of correct certifications.
For works that have already been appraised, we update the value based on their state of preservation and current market parameters.
We also offer consultancy and assistance services for obtaining any missing certifications.
Purchase
We purchase works from private individuals or offer brokerage solutions, based on the market of the work itself or the collection.
Sale
We ensure a relationship with our collectors and clients based on professional expertise, transparency, and courtesy.
We offer a private and personalized consultancy service for selecting works, including on-site trials upon request. Each work is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity issued by the artist, the archives, or the relevant foundations.
